Since we released the first edition of the manual in the fall of 2016, we have developed a lot of experience in sharing and teaching the Kickass Companies concept, as well as applying it in practice. The concept has been well received and it turns out that the Kickass Companies growth model makes good sense for many different types of businesses in the real world.
This new edition is based on an even stronger data-base than the previous one. We have also used the new edition to improve the manual structure. Among other things, a new chapter has been added to explain how to improve oversight, control and thus utilization of the company value-adding processes. We call this chapter the “epilogue.” In addition, this second edition also offers a number of new and improved tools based on our tests with a number of companies.
